Rod Maxwell

Director

Rod is the Managing Director of StoneBridge Merchant Capital Corp., a private equity firm he co-founded in 1996. StoneBridge is focused on investing mid-market private enterprises. He has spent over 35 years in the energy industry as an owner, investor and as a director of a number of private and public energy service as well as energy production companies.

Rod holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary, is a Chartered Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant and is a Chartered Business Valuator.
