Net Promoter Score

Each year we ask our clients to complete a short survey to help us measure how well we are meeting their expectations, and determine if there is anything we could be doing better. To see how well we compare to other companies, Iridium uses the Net Promoter system. Net Promoter was first implemented in 2007 as a way to predict future growth of a company.  Net Promoter has evolved since then, and in 2015 alone, over 480,000 responses were provided on 247 different brands in 45 countries.

Our 2015 survey continues to demonstrate that our clients are raving fans.  Our customer satisfaction levels are rated higher than some of the highest rated companies in the world, according to NPS, such as Apple, Costco and Google.
