Iridium Risk Services announces Leadership Evolution

Iridium Risk Services is pleased to announce the following leadership appointments. Effective immediately, Roger Swierstra will move to the position of CEO of Iridium and Berto Di Manno will assume the role of President.

After working with two separate multinational brokers for twelve years, Berto joined Iridium as a Partner in 2007 and has been instrumental in building the firm into the premier provider of risk management and insurance services to the oil & gas sector in Calgary. “Berto’s extensive knowledge base, years of leadership experience and vision for the future of the company make him ideally suited for the position”, says CEO and founding member of Iridium, Roger Swierstra.

Berto has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and holds the Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) and Canadian Risk Manager (CRM) designations. He has also completed the Canadian Securities Course.

Iridium Risk Services joined Navacord as a Broker Partner in 2015. Iridium specializes in providing best-in-class risk management and insurance advice to companies operating in the energy, technology and cannabis sectors.
