Frances Weeks

Managing Partner

Frances joined Iridium in 2006 as a Partner, and is the Account Lead on a variety of E&P, oilfield service, marine and cannabis clients. Frances started her career in 1989, at a major Canadian-based integrated E&P company, where she provided consultative risk management advice to the upstream, midstream and downstream business units. In 2004, she moved to a global brokerage firm where she spent two years before joining Iridium. In addition to her daily account and management responsibilities, Frances is a member of Iridium’s Directors’ & Officers’ (D&O) Centre of Excellence as well as its Cannabis Centre of Excellence.

Frances holds her Canadian Risk Manager (CRM) designation and is a member of the Board of the William H. McGannon Foundation.
