Paula joined Iridium in 2023. Prior to moving to Canada, she worked for several years in Colombia’s insurance industry. Over the past two years, Paula has become an indispensable part of Iridium’s Financial Lines team whether it be presenting terms to clients, negotiating with Financial Lines insurers, helping colleagues with Financial Lines questions, or advocating for Iridium in front of prospects and assisting with new business opportunities.

Paula’s promotion to the role of Risk Consultant reflects her continued dedication to Iridium’s core values, the valuable relationships she has built in the insurance marketplace and her expertise in our sector.
