Joel Askew Promoted to Risk Consultant

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Joel Askew to the role of Risk Consultant at Iridium.

Joel graduated from the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business in 2018 with a Bachelor of Commerce in Energy Management. Prior to joining Iridium in April 2021, he worked as an auto, property, and life Insurance Sales Representative at a large national agency. Joel has shown great initiative in getting involved in all levels of client interaction, broking risks on several multinational accounts and joining our Insurance Market Relationships team to bring him to this point in his career. He is currently working towards obtaining his Canadian Risk Management (CRM) and Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designations.

Joel’s promotion to the role of Risk Consultant reflects his continued dedication to Iridium’s core values, the valuable relationships he has built in the domestic and international insurance marketplace and his expertise in our sector.
